FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS
The Sampson County Agri-Exposition Center officially opened on June 9, 1998.
The facility centrally located in the County Seat of Clinton offers citizens,
business and industry access to a state of the art multi-purpose facility
ideally suited for events such as trade shows, business meetings, seminars,
receptions, banquets, family reunions, fundraising events, and concerts. The
Sampson County Agri Exposition Center Complex is situated on approximately 9.5
acres at the intersection of Warsaw Road and Highway 24E-701 By-pass. The
facility with over 30,000 square feet contains several rooms that can serve
the needs of multiple groups and functions simultaneously. The Facility can
handle groups ranging up to 1,450 people.
Prestage Hall
Prestage Hall contains over 10,000 square feet and is capable of serving
functions with up to 1,000 guests. The hall complete with stage and dressing
rooms offers a state of the art sound and lighting system including Compact
Disc Player, Cassette Player, VCR, and LED Projector for computer
presentations and wireless internet accessability. Also available is the
ability to display speakers or audience members on the onstage video screen
via remote controlled camera. Prestage Hall has four Electrical Connection
locations that are each capable of handling up to 100 amps each as well as a
400 amp company switch on stage allowing bands and major stage productions
access to a dedicated power source. Prestage Hall can be divided by movable
Airwalls to create Prestage Hall Salon A and Prestage Hall Salon B to provide
space for two functions simultaneously. Each salon is accessible through the
main lobby entrances as well as service corridors. Prestage Hall features two
types of overhead lighting with variable settings and complete stage lighting.

Heritage Hall
Heritage Hall contains approximately 5,300 square feet and is capable of
serving functions with up to approximately 600 guests. The hall complete with
mini-stage features carpeting and a state of the art sound system complete
with Compact Disc Player, Cassette Player, VCR, LED Projector for computer
presentations and wireless internet accessability. Heritage Hall can be
divided in to Heritage Hall Salon A and Heritage Hall Salon B to provide space
for two functions simultaneously.

Expo Room
The Expo Room contains approximately 700 square feet and is the perfect place
for gathering small groups for training sessions, seminars and business
meetings. The Expo Room is capable of serving up to approximately 40 guests.
The Expo Room features include internet access, cable television and LED
Projector for computer presentations.

Bennett-Allen Board Room
 The Bennett-Allen Board Room is elegantly furnished and will accommodate ten
guests at its conference table and offers complete privacy for business and
Board meetings. The Bennett-Allen Board Room features internet access, cable
television, and speaker telephone. The Bennett-Allen Board Room is dedicated
to the Bennett and Allen families from the Delway community in Sampson County
whose generous contributions supported construction of this room as well as
the stately furnishings and artwork. The Bennett-Allen Board Room is available
complimentary to members of the Clinton-Sampson Chamber of Commerce.

Kitchens
The facility contains two kitchens that may be rented. The Large Kitchen
features commercial appliances including: a three compartment commercial
refrigerator, commercial freezer, commercial ice machine, two microwave ovens,
commercial gas stove with double ovens, and commercial dishwasher. The Small
Kitchen features a double compartment commercial refrigerator, electric stove,
microwave oven, commercial ice machine and a triple compartment sink. Each
Kitchen features separate loading doors and concrete pads for outdoor cooking
or grilling.

Parking
Ample Complimentary parking is provided and includes parking spaces for 440
vehicles along with nine designated Handicap Accessible parking spaces. All
parking is under the control of the Exposition Center Management. No Parking
in fire lanes, service roads, loading dock areas or any other unmarked or
unauthorized locations is permitted. Unauthorized vehicles will be removed at
owner’s expense.
