Sampson County Health Department - COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic


DATE: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2021

TIME: 8:00 am until 12:00 pm

The Sampson County Health Department will administer FIRST and SECOND doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine at Union High School on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.  This VACCINATION CLINIC is open to individuals aged 18 and older. 


Event attendees are reminded:


  • Participants attending for their SECOND dose vaccination are encouraged to bring the Vaccination Card they received when they were first vaccinated.
  • Vaccinations will be offered to those listed above who have NOT received any type vaccine within 14 days of the event, based on vaccine availability.
  • A second dose of the vaccine for first dose recipients will be due approximately 28 days following their first dose.
  • Citizens will not be required to leave their vehicles at the drive-thru event.
  • Vaccines provided on a First-come/First-served basis.
  • Law enforcement will monitor and direct traffic flow. Please follow the directions of law enforcement and event staff at all times.
  • Do not block roadways or residential and business driveways.


The Sampson County Health Department’s goal is to make vaccinations available to as many members of the public as possible as quickly as our supplies are received to slow the spread of COVID‐19 and return some normalcy to our communities. Please understand, however, that we must follow the guidelines set forth by the State and work within the constraints of our limited supply.

Sampson County Health Department to administer 1st dose Vaccines from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm to individuals 18 years of age and older.


THIS WILL BE A DRIVE-THRU MASS VACCINATION CLINIC*


* If case of inclement weather, the April 7, 2021 Vaccination event may be conducted inside the Sampson County Exposition Center.


Event attendees are reminded:


  • First-come/First-served.

  • The Expo Center parking lot will open at 11:30 am. (See Map Below)

  • Anyone in line by 8:00 pm will receive a vaccination, as supplies last.

  • Unauthorized vehicles that enter the parking lot the evening before or prior to the lot’s official opening, will be required to move.

  • Law enforcement will monitor and direct traffic flow. Please follow the directions of law enforcement and event staff at all times.

  • Do not block roadways or residential and business driveways.

The Sampson County Health Department will conduct at FIRST dose COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Royal Chapel Missionary Baptist Church located at 7660 Ivanhoe Road, Ivanhoe, NC 28447 on Saturday, April 17, 2021, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.  This VACCINATION CLINIC is open to individuals aged 18 and older. 


Event attendees are reminded:


  • Vaccinations will be offered to those listed above who have NOT received any type vaccine within 14 days of the event, based on vaccine availability.
